Kalevi Panorama constitutes a compound of contemporary architecture. The complex includes three buildings with superb panoramic views of the whole of Tallinn. The buildings’ dignified exterior outlook along with tasteful, premium quality interior design shine like a pearl in the heart of the city.

THE BUILDING’S STRUCTURES
Kalevi Panorama is built from cast-in-place concrete, beam-and-plate system. The walls separating the apartments are made from combined multilayer lightweight-block and are soundproof. The exterior walls are made from energy efficient lightweight parts, separating ceilings and the roof from cast-in-place concrete; the roof is partially verdant, covered with roll covering.
The facade is glass-coated and partially enhanced by waffle-type aluminum plates.
WINDOWS AND BALCONIES
Kalevi Panorama features aluminum profile triple sun protection windows with energy efficient glazing. Balcony and loggia barriers are made from solid glass and loggias are planned to feature a conveniently opened glass system.
The contemporary vertical profile glass coated loggias allow nature and the open to enter our daily lives all but unnoticed. Balcony tiles are made of cast-in-place concrete and finished with weather proof coating.
CEILING
The ceiling height in all apartments is 2.70 m
DOORS
Exterior doors are energy efficient glass glazed aluminum profile doors. The apartments’ secure front doors are sound proof, made of painted steel profiles and coated with sleek sheet steel. The apartments’ interior doors are made from veneered wood profile and covered with sleek timber slab coating. The interior doors are 2.1 meters in height on floors 1 to 4 and 2.3 meters on floors 5 to 14.
LOCKS AND SECURITY SYSTEMS
Kalevi Panorama is fully equipped with a controlled access system, composed of contemporary phone, video, and locking systems. In addition, the building itself and the apartments in it benefit from modern SMART home systems.
ELEVATOR
Kalevi Panorama features spacious elevators with panoramic views; the elevators can be pre-ordered upon entering the building and exiting an apartment.
SMART HOUSE SOLUTION
Kalevi Panorama’s heating, electricity, ventilation, and cooling systems can be monitored and navigated in real time. The living room or bedroom holds a CO2 and humidity sensor for ventilation system regulation.
Southward facing windows have the readiness for curtain control, while all windows have the readiness in large apartments.
Convenient ATS system failure notification to the supervisor and the owner’s mobile phone. The All Off eco system saves energy when you’re away from home. The elevator can be pre-ordered at Kalevi Panorama from a distance.
