Booking and apartment, a booking agreement is concluded with the buyer; to confirm their desire to buy, the buyer pays EUR 3,000 in advance payment.
A notarized sales contract under the law of obligations is concluded with the buyer. A prerequisite of concluding the contract under the law of obligations is payment by the buyer of at least 17.5% of the value of the contract of purchase and sale.
Once the apartment is ready for handover, a notarized contract under property law is concluded and the buyer pays the remaining part of the purchase and sale price, after which the apartment is transferred into the new owner’s possession.
