Meet our neighbors: Rävala boulevard
In a 15 minutes’ walking distance from Kalevi Panorama starts Rävala Boulevard, where the city’s main business cluster is located. An interesting fact: the boulevard was founded in 1950 and was originally called Lenin Boulevard. It received its current name only in 1991. The length of the boulevard is only 866 meters, but what a concentration of outstanding inhabitants! At the beginning of the boulevard locates the Stockmann department store, and just behind there are a dozen of modern skyscrapers, where one can find the central offices of the largest banks, international and national companies, world-class hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, bars, shops and fitness centers. Walk a little further along the boulevard and you will find yourself in the very center of Tallinn, from where you can walk to the Viru gate and the entrance to the Old Town.
