According to the Land Administration, the price of new apartments in Tallinn increased for three quarters in a row in 2023, and the average price per square meter was 3,900 euros. This was reported by the TV channel ERR.
In 2024, the price of real estate in Estonia will start to increase again. This is related to the government’s plans to increase the VAT rate from the current 20% to 22%. As a result, the prices of all goods rise, and apartments are no exception in this regard. The winners are those who manage to buy apartments in the already completed objects before the end of this year.
